Constratega is committed to supporting the local community in general and those more disadvantaged within it specifically.

Tony Barnard is a member of the Board of Governors of the Slough Business Community Partnership whose aim is to create stronger links between business and the community so that they can help to make a real difference to the lives of individuals whilst realising a range of commercial benefits through active involvement.

SBCP were awarded the 'Big Tick' Award for Collaborative Action in recognition for their achievements in Slough. by Buisness in the Community. SBCP were re-accredited by Business in the Community with the 'Big Tick' Award for 2005 in the category of Power in Partnerships as continuity and sustainability are at the core of their modus operandi.

Bob Jones, the Partnership Manager, received the Marks & Spencer Sieff Award for individuals, based in the community, who have best collaborated with business to benefit society in June 2006 from Business in the Community.
